Bissel Steam Mop Review
The Bissell Steam Mop is getting tons of satisfied customer feedback. This environmentally friendly mop lives up to the hype. To use the mop just fill the container with water and in just 30 seconds the water is hot enough to produce steam, press the trigger and go! It is light weight, easy to maneuver and uses no chemicals. It leaves no streaks and dries very fast so it is safe to use onceramic tile and hardwood floors.
It comes with two microfiber pads that are washable for reuse. Unlike some of its competitors, it has a 360 degree swivel head to get hard to reach areas. The steam releases on the backward pull and you need to keep your finger on the trigger.
“When I first got the mop, I wasn’t sure if I was mopping correctly as my floors seemed really wet. It was cleaning well, but I couldn’t believe how wet the floor was. Then I found out that if you don’t hold down the steam trigger the entire time, the floors won’t get so wet. The mop is still very hot, so it is still cleaning and you can add more steam for very dirty areas. So far it works like a dream on my tanceramic tile as well as my black ceramic tile. I am happy with my purchase and am glad that I am not longer using expensive and harsh cleaners.”
