I shipped some Indian beadwork by US Postal Service for under 10$. I was at UPS & FED-X and their price was considerably more...25$-over 100$... They said it was because of import duty. THe USPS said if it is declared under 50$ in value there is no problem. My package arrived in a timely manner in good condition.
