this is bad to be asking...but what exactly is my son's birthstone color?
He was born in June...I know pearl is a June birthstone (but pearls are not really for boys). I've seem Alexandrite and Smokey Quartz listed, but I can't really figure out the color of the stone...depending on the light, it looks light green or light pink...can somebody help me out?
I was born in June and the birthstone you see most often is Alexandrite. Most of the time is represented as a light pink, but I actually have an alexandrite ring and it varies in color depending on the type of light. Sometimes, pinkish, purple, blueish, or green. Alexandrite is not really common to find and can be relatively expensive. Unless you get the lab created. The other birthstones I know of for June is the pearl and the moonstone.
