anything is possible. take it to a private jewellers i.e. NOT hsamuel or one of the chain jewellers, and ask them about it. it would cost around £100-£250 though.
The Difference Between Diamond Necklaces and Diamond Pendants
It may be easy to get confused as to what diamond necklaces are and how they differ from diamond pendants.
